                                              Children's Day at SASA

SASA students and faculty celebrated Children's Day all together on Nov. 14, 2009. The children from Class Nursery to 2nd had a calligraphy competition in the morning. Later on, the entire school swinged to the tunes of music and melodious voices. There was singing, poem recitation and dance performances by students. The performances were so good that at the end of the day, it was sure that the students worked really hard to be there on the stage. We appreciate student's effort, hard-work and interest in activities like this. There were also speeches on Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, Discipline in Life, Importance of Truth, Guru Nanak Dev Ji and Freedon Struggle by the girls of Class 7th A & B and Class 5th B. A Charity show was also organized by Class 7th A & B girls with the leadership of Ms. Misha Chopra. The senior most students approved all the performances by being a wonderful audience and thus, there sound of clap was audible in the Ropar City itself. SASA Management thank all the participants, organizers and audience for playing a positive role in putting together a wonderful day.
