About SAS Academy
Ours is a residential school in Northern Part of India, 300 km away from Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) of the Capital, New Delhi-on Manali Road, near Chandigarh. Our school is upto 12 grade with Humanities, Commerce, Medical and Non-medical streams. There are more than 2200 students (both boys and girls). The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.), Govt. of India. We have global relations with Prominent Institutions in more than thirteen countries which enable our students to participate in programs related to International understanding, Peace, Environment and Education. Our students usually visit United States for UN Conferences and also other countries like Germany, Thailand, Turkey, Canada, Finland, Japan, Greece, New Zealand, England and Sweden.
SASA is an Independent School getting no funds from any Government (State or Central) or anybody else. It is being run by a society of Educationists headed by Mr. Sukhjinder Singh, who is lifetime Chairperson and Director of SASA. This Institution was initiated in April, 1993 and by now, it has been very successful to give this world thousands of young boys and girls, with heads full of sense and sensibility. We have a team of more than hundred qualified Faculty (most of them with Master's Qualification) who are in tune of time to work day and night for the accomplishment of the mission of SASA. The people working in this Institution are purely vegetarian and Role-Models to one and all, having very pious life as the world expects from the teachers.
We are entirely working for the cause of human development rich with Modern Education, Scientific Spirituality, Sound Mind and Physique. We do believe that spirituality must dominate body & mind and each & every human being on this earth may have Peace, Understanding and Tolerance.
