Admission Registration Process

Registration

Children may be registered for admission anytime between early December and early March on payment of Rs. 900/- (non-refundable Entrance Test Fee cum Registration Fee).

The Registration-cum-Admission Application Form is attached with the Prospectus, Book of Rules & Regulations, and Medical Card.

How to obtain the Prospectus:
• Available from the Academy Office on cash payment of Rs. 910/-
• By post on payment of Rs. 960/- (Bank Draft in favour of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Academy, payable at Roopnagar)

Written Test / Personal Interview

Parents must produce their ward for the Written Test / Personal Interview on the date and time fixed by the Admission Cell.

Selection

Admission is subject to clearing / qualifying the Admission Test / Interview.

Final Admission Formalities

Parents of the selected child must report to the Academy Office on the specified date and time to deliver the child at the Academy Campus along with the required items and documents.

Note: The Registration Fee of Rs. 900/- is non-refundable. Please ensure all documents and payments are completed as per the instructions issued by the Admission Cell.
