Visiting Days

For Parents of Boarder

(a) To enable the students to settle down quickly and properly parents of newly admitted children (particularly boarders) are not permitted to visit their wards during the first 30 days until and unless they are called for:

(b) Parents and other authorised personnel of boarder may visit their wards boarders as scheduled below:

1. Nursery to V on first Saturday of every month between

9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon sharp.

2. VI to VIII on second Saturday of every month between

09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon sharp.

3. IX to X on third Saturday of every month between

09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon sharp.

4. XI to XII on fourth Saturday of every month between

09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon sharp.

IF there are Five Saturday’s in a month, the last Saturday of the month will not be considered as the First Saturday of the next month, it will be the Fifth Saturday only.

Timings for visit is Strictly between 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.

Communication between the parents and Academy

No verbal assurances made by the parents as well as the Academy Authorities are permitted. All communication must be in Black and White (in written) and well recorded.

Dear Parents

First 30 days of receiving the child in hostel, the Parents/Guardians are not allowed see or meet the respective student. After completion of 30 days THE PARENTS/GUARDIANS MAY CALL THEIR WARDS ON THE TELEPHONE NUMBERS mentioned on the website. They are expected to watch the following schedule to communicate with their ward

There is only receiving facility (not outgoing). In any emergency the students can call the parents/guardians by the Academy phones. This facility is available against the payment.

NIGHT STAY OF PARENTS & GUARDIANS

Parents and Guardians are not permitted to stay with children in the hostel. Institution does not provide any type of such a facility to stay in the hostel or in the city.
