Visiting Rules for Parents
First 30 Days Rule: Parents of newly admitted children (particularly boarders) are not permitted to visit their wards during the first 30 days, unless they are specifically called by the Academy.
Monthly Visiting Schedule

Parents and other authorised personnel may visit their wards as per the following schedule:

Nursery to Class V
First Saturday of every month
9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Class VI to VIII
Second Saturday of every month
9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Class IX to X
Third Saturday of every month
9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Class XI to XII
Fourth Saturday of every month
9:00 AM – 12:00 Noon
Important Clarification: If there are five Saturdays in a month, the last Saturday will be treated as the Fifth Saturday only. It will not be considered as the First Saturday of the next month.
Visiting Hours are strictly between 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
Communication between Parents & Academy
No verbal assurances made by parents or Academy Authorities are valid. All communication must be made in writing (Black & White) and properly recorded.
Telephone Communication with Wards

After the completion of the first 30 days, parents/guardians may call their wards on the telephone numbers mentioned on the Academy website. Please follow the schedule given below:

Week Hostel Timing Day
Week 1 & 3 Hostel – 1 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Every Friday
Week 1 & 3 Hostel – 2 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Every Saturday
Week 1 & 3 Hostel – 3 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Every Sunday
Important: There is only incoming call facility (no outgoing calls by students). In case of any emergency, students may call parents/guardians using Academy phones. This facility is available against payment.
Night Stay of Parents & Guardians
Parents and Guardians are not permitted to stay with their children in the hostel.
The Institution does not provide any facility for overnight stay either in the hostel or in the city.
