SASA-INDIA STUDENTS ATTEND GLOBAL CONFERENCE

Ropar – September 07, 2010 - Three students of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Academy, the residential school in Ropar attended Global Conference on Environment in US. The students were Miss. Ravinder Kaur Khroud (grade +2), Miss. Kirandeep Kaur from (grade +1) and Mr. Jatinderpal Singh (grade +1). These students have been to US to attend 11 days long programme of discussion on issues of Environment and Pollutions being faced by the world today. More than 317 students hailing from 70 countries got their heads together with the UN Officials, Ambassadors and Prominent Educationist from the Famous Universities of the World to find out some solutions to these problems.

The students from SASA-India, spoke on the theme of Environmental Problems that are further causing problems of Peace and Security in the world. The delegates from SASA India were highly appreciated by the officials of UN. They have been given the Certificates of Merit. The Director of the Institution Mr. Sukhjinder Singh highly applauded these students.
